Thank you for your staff - Stella, Amy, Cindy and Chris from Central Health Plans, they were trying their best to help me to solve the problem when I got the issue from the fraud charges in my Flex card on this month, especially for Stella and Amy - Stella was very patience to listen more than twenty minutes to understand for my case, and she helped me to check and contact the related departments to handle my case, and Amy was nice to help me to follow-up, and got back the amount into my account. I did appreciate very much for their good and professional services.

This is my first year with Central Health Plan, but I love it. So far my out of pocket for doctor's, labs, MRI and prescriptions is $0 (ZERO). Further, I used the dental insurance recently and saved thousands on a root canal, crown with build up and two fillings. This MediCare Advantage Plan has been a Godsend to me.
