They arrived with three levels in their hands to insure that the range sat perfectly next to the counter and all the tools necessary for a professional installation. They were on time, could not have been more careful in their installation or more professional. Edgar even called the night before to give me the time range and then thirty mins before arrival. They really care about the quality of work they do and couldn't be any nicer or more concerned that it was installed without a hitch and I was happy. Even cleaned it well upon completion. He quickly got to work in an organized fashion to disconnect our unit and meanwhile diagnosed some potential issues with a 15 yr old unit.
