Wholistic care and cleansing treatment so spiritual with yoga meditation Desert hikes mineral waters so healing spa available as well so clean fresh and a great place to go good for the body and soul Yesenia is great she knows her stuff she provides what is needed for the week. I highly recommend this program you'll get a lot from it! at least I sure did! I've been more then once and will go again if I have the opportunity to go.

Her program has taught me life changing practices that I implement into my daily life routine...from simple breathing techniques, to healthy eating habits and fitness tips, she has changed my life forever! So amazing I came back for a second cleanse! After years of western medicine and many attempts to cleanse, reboot at home with little success, I found Yesenia’s cleanse exhilarating as well as life changing. I went to my first cleanse because I was scheduled for a GI surgery and was willing to try anything to avoid surgery. And it worked. I no longer needed surgery, much to the amazement of my doctors and surgeons. I do have to practice what Yesenia and her wonderful yoga, meditation, sound bath, colonic therapist and energy practitioners instilled in me- daily balance and wellness to enrich my life.
