Very fast response. They should inform you up front that there is a service charge for using a credit card. Technician arrive on time and finished rapidly. He was pleasant and professional.
However the next day the
toilet is still leaking. Not a happy camper!
Joseph came and his supervisor arrived a little later. The problem causing a plugged toilet was promptly handled and everything went back to normal. I appreciated the professionalism and availability on a holiday weekend !!
