5/5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Lido Palms Resort and SpaOur recent stay at Lido Palms Resort and Spa in Desert Hot Springs was nothing short of exceptional, perfectly accommodating our needs during a construction job in the area. Despite our late check-in around 8 PM due to work, the woman working the front desk went out of her way to ensure we had a smooth and welcoming arrival. This level of understanding and accommodation was greatly appreciated.The room was immaculate, and every detail had been thought of, including the addition of an air mattress to comfortably fit our group of three. I think this place is beautiful. The quiet and calm are very nice. Just a few rooms, I think 9, and the pool, jacuzzi and saunas are so conveniently close to the rooms. A very nice experience.
Ok, dudes. I am super picky. I bring my own sheets and cleaning supplies to hotels when I can. Listen, this was the CLEANEST place I have ever stayed. It was amazing! So comfortable because I didn't have to worry about anything. Nice comfy bed. Relaxing pool and salt baths. Beautiful terrace and landscaping. Great people and reasonable rates. I cannot recommend this place enough!
