This past year I have been lucky enough to participate in the City Of Modesto Home Rehabilitation Program for some much-needed improvements on my mobile home in Coralwood Mobile Home Park. This provided me with a new central air and heating system and an outside lift that will take me from my porch to my driveway since I am really having trouble getting down the stairs due to severe osteoarthritis in my joints, especially in my hips and knees. I'd like to thank not only the City but Zack's Handyman & Construction (the company who won the bid and was assigned to do the work). All the workers Zack had doing the different parts of this extensive job on my home were wonderful and they completed the final phase of the lift installation today. I enjoyed a wonderful air conditioner this summer and am looking forward to a nice heater this fall and winter. I now know I won't be crawling up and down the steps to my porch! I highly recommend Zack's for any construction, handyman, electrical or plumbing work. They can do it all. You get what you pay for. They went above and beyond for this job and I honestly could not have asked for more. I believe that is the way they treat all their customers ... and that Zack is a good, old-fashioned, licensed contractor with great values who does not settle for less than the best job. I see some negative reviews on here, and I believe those are truly for someone else, perhaps the business called 'Zak's' ... it certainly is NOT the Zack I used.

We had Zack do 2 jobs at our house over the last year or so to remodel one room, change out flooring in most of the house and redo a bathroom. Both of them turned out great! Completion was either on time or a little early and I love my new bathroom.

I just recently hired Zack's Handyman & Construction to widen the entry our small room in our formal living room. Zack (the owner) is very professional as well as his crew who worked on the site. The best thing I like about this Handyman apart from doing an excellent job is his honesty and flexibility to last minute changes of the job as we had some thoughts about the outcome after the entry was widened. Zack listened to our concern and accepted these latest changes; he came up with a great idea and turned our small room into a beautiful extended formal living room!
