Had our unit serviced today. We were very pleased with our technician, Mark. He explained everything he was doing and was very friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you MRV Service Air for your prompt service. We highly recommend your business!

My grandmother lives in Wasco and could not find a local technician to install her cooler. MRV Service Air Inc. came out right away and installed the one she had shipped to her home. It was defective, so they took it down and wrapped it back up so it could be returned. They got her a new cooler right away and installed it just before 102+ degree weather hit. I appreciate these folks for taking care of my grandmother, providing excellent service, and genuinely caring about what they do. They really go above and beyond for their customers!
