Very easy to reach. I was trying to get my galaxy flip fixed and I made an appointment with them. They called me and asked what type of phone I have and checked if they have the parts for an easy walk-in. They have great customer service!

This is the best tech/repair place I've ever been to, and it's because Thang is fair, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable.I found Ubreakifix the day my laptop died, went there and ended up buying a nice, big all-in-one.Today Thang is putting a new screen in my old laptop, brought it in this morning, after he guided me to the right replacement on Ebay a few days ago.He's generous with his time and knowledge; he shows me how to save $$ on what I need; he gave me a loaner laptop one time during a repair.I'm a customer for life.

So I cracked the screen on my iPad TWICE in less than 30 days. I only have myself to blame, and a bad case, I guess. Corner protection is important.Both times I took it to Ubreakifix and was very pleased with the repair quality and customer service that I got.While it was not cheap to fix a 3rd gen iPad pro 12.9, there are very few people who DO fix them, so I was grateful for the service.1st fix was done in about 48 hours since it took time for things to set.2nd fix took longer since the backlit chip was damaged.
