I was referred here for evaluation after the ER. They were quick and thorough. I loved how they had x-ray equipment on site so no additional waiting or having to go elsewhere for imaging. They also were clear with communication and timely with appointments. Although I didn't want to need an orthopedic this was a great place to be seen

I received a bill from TPO about 5 to 6 months ago for a "canceled" appointment. The appointment was with Hayley the physician assistant. I made several appointments with her, and everything was good/great. On the day that the meeting was "canceled," I showed up on time and in person. I was there to receive an injection into my hip lower back area as several rounds of physical therapy had not done the trick. On the day I showed up things seemed to have improved, and I decided to cancel the treatment. Hayle claimed that she had "healed me," and that it would be best to cancel the appointment. A couple of weeks later I received a bill for a canceled appointment. I don't believe that the appointment should have been canceled since I was there for the appointment, and was on time, and in person. I have attempted several times to reach out to TPO accounting and got a return phone call, however, when I attempted to reach out again and resolve the situation no one returned my call. The problem is I would like to continue seeing Hayley and have a referral to do so, however, since I have this outstanding balance TPO is refusing to let me get in for an appointment due to having an outstanding bill.

After having experienced other orthopedic medical groups there is none better than Torrey pines orthopedic medical group. The doctors there are first rate as is everyone else who works there, their care is evident in everything they do. They go out of their way to make sure that you get the very best care. Dr shoemaker and Brown are at the top of their profession there are none better. Don't waste your time with your health going anywhere else.
