I was visiting for the weekend and let the owner know at 6am that I had a work obligation and needed to reschedule my appointment to the following morning or for another time later that morning. She informed me that there was no other appointments and I let her know that I would try my best to rearrange my schedule but I would be a little late. She assured me multiple times that "Yes, it is fine. Come into the salon anyway and the lash tech will be able to take you." My appointment was for 9:30am. Made an appointment with Toni for permanent eyeliner. Easy to book an appointment y phone and Toni is super nice, great personality and very fun lady! Her shop is very cute and clean, easy to find with ample parking. She ask all the right questions to find out exactly what I wanted. The procedure was painless and I am so happy with the results! I made an appointment for eyebrow blading in two weeks, love this lady and I know I'm going to be a repeat customer!

The worst experience, My appointments was at 3:00pm The lady texted me that she's running 20 min behind,that's perfectly fine.3:50pm almost 4:00pm she barley finished that's over 20 mins anyways I waited I tell her exactly what I'm looking to get she agreed. She started putting the numbing cream on my eyes I'm just relaxing then I realized she left. I'm thinking she went to go get something, 40 min pass I'm worried my eyes are numbed I asked my friend to call her,she does the lady said she left really kick to go get her dogs prescription I couldn't believe it!!!Unprofessional!!!
