I was visiting for the weekend and let the owner know at 6am that I had a work obligation and needed to reschedule my appointment to the following morning or for another time later that morning. She informed me that there was no other appointments and I let her know that I would try my best to rearrange my schedule but I would be a little late. She assured me multiple times that "Yes, it is fine. Come into the salon anyway and the lash tech will be able to take you." My appointment was for 9:30am. Both the owner and the lash tech had all my contact information. The owner assured me that the lash tech would call or text me and reach out to me prior to my appointment with her availability so that we could arrange another time. The lash tech never called or texted. The salon had ample time to contact me to inform me that I would not be able be have my service done. Since the lash tech never followed up, I had to only have correspondence with the owner who was away on a trip to Vegas. I was on the phone with the owner as I was walking into the salon to confirm yet again that everything was good to go and that I would be able to have my lashes done. After hanging up with owner and upon entering the lash salon I was greeted very rudely by the lash tech who - instead of just politely asking to reschedule or letting me know the options she would be able to complete in the given time frame - immediately asks me "What's the reason you need your lash's done today?" "Is there a reason?" which was very off putting. I had prepaid already for my Full Volume Lash Set and since I'm visiting only for the weekend I had to order pick up & drop off to the salon. I told her I was visiting and wanted the volume set I had pre-purchased. She told me that she couldn't do anything about it. She kept repeating that she didn't have time and refused my service. The owner had given the lash tech all my contact info at 6am. If that was the case and she knew she couldn't fit me into her schedule she should of had the common courtesy of informing me herself before having me go out of my way to the salon after having to rearrange my schedule to accommodate her. The lash tech never offered to reschedule for another time for the weekend and never offered to refund my prepaid amount while I was in the salon. I had to call the owner yet again while she was away on her trip to have her do a refund, which was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Poor customer service.

Made an appointment with Toni for permanent eyeliner. Easy to book an appointment y phone and Toni is super nice, great personality and very fun lady! Her shop is very cute and clean, easy to find with ample parking. She ask all the right questions to find out exactly what I wanted. The procedure was painless and I am so happy with the results! I made an appointment for eyebrow blading in two weeks, love this lady and I know I'm going to be a repeat customer!

The worst experience, My appointments was at 3:00pm The lady texted me that she's running 20 min behind,that's perfectly fine.3:50pm almost 4:00pm she barley finished that's over 20 mins anyways I waited I tell her exactly what I'm looking to get she agreed. She started putting the numbing cream on my eyes I'm just relaxing then I realized she left. I'm thinking she went to go get something, 40 min pass I'm worried my eyes are numbed I asked my friend to call her,she does the lady said she left really kick to go get her dogs prescription I couldn't believe it!!!Unprofessional!!! Mind you my appointment was at 3:00pm she got back at 4:40pm.I tell her to get the numbing cream off that I was feeling uncomfortable she tells me she could do my permeated eyeliner in 10 min.1st of all that take a hour to do how was she gonna do it in 10 mins. I could believe The audacity off this lady if I could I would give her 0 stars. I don't understand how she has good reviews
