I moved our account to Pure on January 1st. I had been impressed by their certification level with NARPM. Before hiring them, I told them that I expected their monthly statements to be accurate and not require me to point out discrepancies. But I've encountered discrepancies. The biggest issue I've found is Pure decided to offer my existing tenant a discount of almost $200 p/month without asking permission. They stated they could not come up with an explanation on why they did this. Only gave 5 stars for the exceptual customer service that Jacquin Walker provide me with on obtaining property management service. He was the only reason why I signed up with the company.
The team that I dealt with at pure property management work diligently effectively and most of all very quickly I got nothing but good things to say about pure property.(Milca) made things very clear and understandable #1 agent!!She was very aware of some of my fears & some of the things about the leasing requirements I didn't completely understand but she made it easy as pie my hat goes off to their team including Kim Pringle who also acted very quickly was very responsive receptive and extremely helpful I would recommend them to everyone I know .leasing process and procedure was rather lengthy but I do understand how necessary it is creating a new residential... read full review
