This review was a long time coming but this speaks to the impact that Scott had on my mindset about fitness. My husband and I hired Scott back in May of 2023 for a 12 week personalized, virtual plan. In a perfect world, we could have worked with a trainer in person with access to all sorts of expensive equipment but we're both busy and neither of us really like being in a crowded gym. I am grateful for Lexy's guidance as my fitness trainer while recovering from a shoulder injury. She demonstrated a deep understanding of my injury, providing tailored exercises that promoted healing and prevented further damage. What an experience. Scott and the KoolBody staff not only personalize training but I was amazed at the knowledge of the science behind it. I came with a sore shoulder and Scott was able to ascertain the situation, and with the proper pre workout stretching, was able to have a solid shoulder day workout. I highly recommend KoolBody!
