Excellent service and customer service. They really want to deliver and do a quality job so you are happy and comfortable with your hair after the keratin treatment is done. At the end they send you home with a special conditioner that you have to put on after the first contact your hair will have with water. I love that! They truly care about you and that your hair treatment last. Thank you so much Nayely and Fernanda!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Fernanda is the best at what she does!!! I'm sure her colleague is amazing too, as she trained her. I am a former hairstylist, turned RN and got the keratin treatment several years ago on myself as soon as it came out. Impressed w/ the results I began providing the service to my clients, then teaching it in the north county area. IMO it revolutionized the hair industry. But I have curly hair. Of course I'd say that!! Fast forward some 13 years later and it's still the ONLY treatment out there that gives such gorgeous results provided you go to a qualified salon. Nayeli is FABULOUS!!!! I LOVE MY HAIR! She's very skilled and conscientious...my hair is long and thick...she straightens each section, a little at a time, and then BAM! Straight, non-frizzy/bushy hair! So fabulous that Im now a repeat THRILLED customer. Nayeli is a MUST-HAVE on your beauty A-Team.
