Lupe not only fixed the dress and had it ready the next day but she also cleaned and pressed it. All for no charge! She didn’t have to do any of that. She is beyond kind. I am a customer for life! “We are a military family and have patronized many businesses in our 30 years moving around. I found the Tierrasanta location when we lived in that community and loved the quality of service. We had moved again as my husband recently retired. I discovered Klassic Kleaners now runs solely out of their Clairemont Mesa store. We have a special event coming up which I purchased two evening gowns for, so I had a back up; however, both ended up having issues with only a week to alter one of them. As I have trust in the service at Klassic Kleaners, I decided to contact them for help instead of another nearby cleaners. I was in San Diego for another appointment and stopped in with my gown Tuesday morning. My event is the same week on Friday evening. The seamstress was in that day and able to make all the needed adjustments to my dress so that I could wear it for our event that same week. Mr. Mahmood also steamed the gown to have it ready for wear when I pick it up.
I know this was a rush job and a bit of an inconvenience for everyone, but they were able to help me out when most places probably wouldn't bother. I am so grateful for their professionalism and compassion with my last minute situation. They will always be our go-to place for any special dry cleaning.“

“My son needed his pants dyed black and I took them in to Expert Cleaners. The service was excellent. They first consulted with the person who does the dyeing. They kept in touch with me about the likelihood of getting the pants to be the right shade, and made sure I wanted to proceed. They ended up dyeing the pants twice to get the right color. Their prices are very reasonable. I will be returning to this business!“

“Absolutely amazing - I placed three dress alterations for my wedding at different times leading up to the event. I had a very tough last minute alteration that needed to be done 4 days before my wedding. North coast cleaners came through. They delivered the alterations in 2 days, had better results than the bridal shop alterations (which took 1.5 months), cost a third of the bridal shop for better quality and more meticulous results.
