Dr. Rob Warner and his entire team truly excel in pediatric care. Their dedication, warmth, and professionalism make every visit a reassuring and positive experience. The attention to detail and genuine concern for children's health is evident. It's a blessing to have such a skilled and compassionate team looking after our kids' well-being. Highly recommended for their exceptional service!
The only reason I am writing an even remotely negative review is because of the terrible receptionist. For a pediatrician, you would assume there would be some urgency to pick up phone calls and help when they can, but multiple times, Brooke specifically, has hung up on me, put me on hold and hung up, been super rude when asking for information, and gives completely inaccurate information. It's such a bummer because all of the doctors at this practice are terrific, but this Brooke at the front desk is awful.
I cannot say enough good things about this office. We've been coming here since our daughter was born in August. Dr. Taylor is our primary doctor and she isabsolutely amazing, but we also have seen all of thedoctors at one point or another and they have all beengreat. The medical assistants and staff are warm, friendly and great with kids. We never wait more than 5-10 minutes (usually less) to see the doctor, and have been accommodated for same-day appointments when needed. Their office is very clean, and I love that they do carside check-ups when kids are sick. So glad to have found Coast Pediatrics!
