Chaun remodeled a duplex Encinitas for us and we couldn't be happier with his professionalism and quality of construction. We saved the cost of a designer because he creative and competent in design and help us come together with our visualization.

Wow great pic... Chaun Miller Construction was very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. everything he touched was on such a high level that what started out as a million dollar home ended up being worth much more because of his attention to detail and his great appreciation for finishes. I would recommend him in the highest rating of a 5 star....

he was easy to talk to and easy to reach which is not in a contractors profile. he was available and listened to us.

I have worked for Chaun on many projects over the years and I have always been extremely satisfied with every project that he worked on for me. Chaun is very creative with his design plans, but at the same time he finds a way to give you what you want at an affordable price while maintaining a very high-end look. In this industry it is hard to find a trustworthy and reliable contractor, but with Chaun I felt very comfortable during the whole process, which to me is priceless!
