I was suffering from severe back and shoulder pain. Paula was referred to me and I could not be happier. My pain has all but disappeared. Paula took the time to truly understand my situation and set up a treatment plan that helped ease my symptoms. She is very knowledgeable, and I would recommend Paula without hesitation!

I had the privilege to try my first lymphatic massage and it was an incredible experience. Paula was kind, gentle and knowledgable. She explained a lot of things about the lymphatic system that I did not know. I am currently healing from a medical procedure and she was very helpful explaining what she was doing and why. She also gave me to tips to take home with me until I am able to get in with another session with her. I left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. Would highly recommend her and I can't wait to get back on her table!

Paula is a wonderful therapist. She really is a master of her craft. I have been seeing her for over 5 years for sinus and sciatica issues and her lymphatic and all over the body massage is incredible. I always leave her place feeling super refreshed and relaxed and can't wait to go back. I highly recommend her.
