Patricia is a true healer and a total godsend! After years of going through the ringer, cycling through doctors offices and having pills shoved my way, I had enough! I knew deep inside something was wrong and my body never stopped reminding me... I just needed someone who would sit down long enough to listen! I walked away from Western medicine and decided to try something new - that's when I found Patricia. Patricia filled me with hope, empowered me to put myself and my health first, and has given me the will and desire to be the healthiest, happiest me I can be! Patricia is so amazing and sweet, it's impossible to not love her! She is very gentle, kind, compassionate, and is so incredibly intelligent and experienced. I couldn't be more grateful to have someone so wonderful in my life. I honestly don't know where I would be without her! When I came to Patricia a few months ago, my energy levels were so incredibly low... I was showing positive for multiple autoimmune disorders, suffering from migraines, chronic fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, depression, adrenal issues, poor gut health, excessive hair loss, and honestly, the list goes on and on!! (I am only 24 years old). Today, I feel like a new person! I have more energy than I ever could have imagined having. No longer do I suffer from inflamed painful swollen joints... I can't remember the last time I had a migraine. I never thought I'd be a morning person, especially without coffee but I actually have been coffee free for a month now, waking up early without issues! Each month my health improves more and more! The second you walk into Acuheart , you feel a sense of relaxation and comfort. Back in October I was calling different acupuncture places in north county to see if acupuncture might be able to help my pain. At this point I had never had acupuncture and knew nothing about it. After calling a good 5-10 places I finally stumbles across Patrica at Acuheart. I knew right away when she started explaining to me in a way that comforted me and showed her passion our first time speaking. I have been coming to see Patricia since October and have become more aware of my body than I ever have before. I originally came because I have a pinched nerve in my left foot, broke my ribs a year ago, and have bursitis in my left hip from a car accident I was in 6 years ago. Patricia has been the first person in all 6 years of trying to heal my body who has actually wanted to help me find a solution and a cure for my body.
