I had a plumbing emergency at a rental property late at night. I was concerned for my tenant's inconvenience and wary of getting taken advantage of in this desperate situation. My handyman was going to charge me time and a half at this late hour and couldn't give a solid estimate of how long it might take to resolve. So I called a few plumbers. They were closed. The Toilet Whisperer repaired a broken toilet flange and installed a new toilet. The work was completed in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. They were very polite which I greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs.
