The place is so clean , big shots to the cleaners Woops I have to take that back Since this new year the places have not been cleaned good at all The bathrooms smell like the gas station ones, good luck having enough toilet paper or being able to wash yours hands since then they are always empty and no spray Smells like uncle Ralphy ate way to many meatballs , but that is only a problem when the cleaners don’t do their job correctly, or don’t pay the ones they have for the work that they have done sorry but if this is how they run their companies cleanliness in these virus a bacterial active times I sure hope their buisness in homeownership is a lot different than...read full review

We recently acquired a home in Davis through Maria and I can't thank her enough. It was tough to find a suitable home in this "seller's market", and Maria was there for us, with good guidance, calm and confident all the way through offers, escrow and title to the finish line, where we got a great home. Maria's support did not end with tying up the process in a bow. It continued with connecting us with a contractor for a small fix in the home, and everything a remote home owner would need. I feel truly blessed to have found Maria and I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a Davis home.
