Kaiser has outside walk-in clinic for Covid shots with no plan to get us old people out of the hot sun! Good thing we can change HMOs in November (if we survive the heat today). Two hours wait in the sun!!!

My original review was removed bc god forbid you call out their workers for making you feel uncomfortable.Anyway, I removed "offensive" wording.Just be mindful when you go to the lab and have a specific type of name related to the watermelon region. (IYKYK) I cannot say more about this experience as YELP flagged my HONEST concern. That lady was nice but there is a line you don't cross when making small talk.It is impossible to get appointments the same week or even a week out sometimes. Purple shirt girl in the Blood Pressure Reception Area:1) Please let people finish their sentences.2) Do not interrupt or enforce your will on customers.3) Act courteous and respectful to the patients you are serving.4) Why did you insist we could not have had an appointment and tell us there is a 2nd Kaiser app that confused us? We had confirmation of the appt to show you and you held up your hand and blocked your vision. Absolutely rude.Please and thank you.
