My family doctor referred me to Physical Edge to treat discomfort in my knees and ankles. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Physical therapist Dr. Dan Lebe was attentive and knowledgeable, and assigned exercises that effectively stabilized and strengthened my joints. He also provided corrections that improved stretching techniques during the follow-up visits and changed routines that challenged me as our sessions progressed. I am still amazed how shifting a position by a few inches can also boost the release of feel-good chemicals. I've had physical therapy twice at Physical Edge, most recently hand therapy with Jeff Wang. I'm also a member using the exercise equipment. Jeff is excellent - he listens, he's patient, he's knowledgeable, and I believe he's focused on providing good care. I enjoyed the sessions and my hand always felt better after treatment. Ultimately, I went for a cortisone shot, but I'm glad I tried PT with Jeff first and received some hand exercises that I continue to do. Physical Edge doesn't have the most up-to-date equipment, but I don't need that to get a good workout. I love that it's quiet. If I want to listen to music or watch one of the screens I can do so with my headset. The front desk staff is always helpful and I'm very glad to know about and participate in Physical Edge.

Great place! Kia is the best, give him a raise! He really cares about the client and it shows. Also the fact I can make weekly appointments in advance are a plus. This is how PT is supposed yo be!
