Movement therapy has honestly changed my life! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I worked with Anthony and did the 6 class package. We not only addressed some lower back pain I was experiencing, but also so much more than that! I love the whole body approach to this therapy and I am so happy to have addressed these “issues” I was experiencing early on so that I can age more gracefully. I have struggled with intermittent back issues for the past few years, after previously undergone physical therapy to regain full functionality in my daily activities. Although I was able to perform most tasks, my back pain symptoms limited my ability to engage in more physically strenuous activities. I decided to try a physical trainer at Milestone Movement Therapy and sought to progress beyond physical therapy and improve my general fitness as a preventive measure for back pain.

Miles was so helpful is assessing my knee pain and coming up with a thorough strengthening plan. The therapy helped the muscles around my knee relax and reduced my constant knee pain. I am so grateful to be able to move without pain now and to have a strength plan to make sure the pain does not return.
