I confess. I made a mistake. My clients got an accepted offer and I forgot to send the contract to The Sinor Group, the lender who my clients had decided to work with. EIGHT days late, I sent the contract on to them and they STILL got the job done on time for the buyers to comply with the contract and safely remove their contingencies.
