We hired Joel to give us an estimate on a townhouse remodel...trust me, this place is a disaster. Hasn't been touched in 30 years. We wanted to go with Powell because he's a fellow Davisite and he's been in business a long time. He turned off the gas because we were having leak problems. And we hope to start soon on stage one. He's super reliable too. I'm really excited about it!
