I originally started to explore Reiki as a means to address my physical challenges as I grew older. I decided to try it as an alternative to physical therapy and chiropractic work which had not been successful. I thought I would try one session to see what it was like. It is completely unique and quite profound, and I will not be able to adequately communicate what I experienced and the benefits gained through this exploration. Nieves is a true healer, and Reiki is a treatment to the total mind, body and spirit. I left the first session feeling more relaxed than I had in years, and the following week was quite revealing in terms of personal growth and understanding based on something that Nieves had said after the session. There is a saying that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. If you have an underlying physical, mental or emotional issue that you seek relief for, I highly recommend opening your mind to trying this energy healing approach.

So I’ve been going to Nieves for a little while now and I’ve experienced nothing but positive personal growth in every way. You feel the good energy as soon as you enter the room. Highly recommended anytime you’re feeling off, lost or even just need some deep rest.
