We met Tom Kortizija at an open house where he was the Listing Agent. After talking with Tom at length, we felt he was the right person to guide us through selling our home and working with us to find our next home. Tom always gave us his full attention and really understood what our needs were. We never felt rushed and when it came time for candid feedback, he was there to provide it. Tom is professional, courteous, hard working and has a great sense of humor.
Tom Kortizija was supposed to sell my house, and help me buy another. I did the majority of the leg work required to buy the house, my girlfriend and I did the vast majority of searching and open house viewings (without Tom as his availability was spotty) and he cut corners throughout the process which ended up costing me $. Worst yet - Tom lied on many occasions, leaving me hat in hand holding the bill. Tom is dishonest and not trustworthy and lied to me on multiple occasions in front of witnesses. You've been warned. He was completely incompetent in his attempt to get my house ready for sale and on the market, despite me consistently nagging him to get things moving.... read full review
Tom is a fantastic real estate agent! He helped us sell our home in Dublin (the first weekend on the market) and through his connections, he found us a gorgeous home in Danville that hadn't even come on the market yet. He took care of all the details (lining up repairmen, inspections, staging, negotiating, open houses, etc.). We really enjoyed looking at homes with him too. He's fun to hang out with. And he's very patient! He is very honest and has a pleasant personality. I recommend him highly.
