    Jackie is the best trainer that I have ever met. She is very good at explaining the details of muscle activations and how to breathe through it. She is very patient and compassionate to her clients. I learned a lot from her.

    TPWO It is time for an update to my last review. Since then we have all gone and are going through this terrible pandemic. For the several months that TPWO was closed for the lock down, I was concerned how I was going to continue my journey of weight loss and fitness. When I received an email that the studio would be reopening I was so excited!, and then concerned. However I was reassured that I would resume one on one and all the equipment is cleaned between each usage. I wear a mask as well as my trainer. I don't have a second thought about my, one on one session. I had my first workout after eight months and was worried how much I may have reverted. Which I did a little, but after a few sessions I have gotten to and have passed the previous weight I was lifting on a few of the machines! AMAZING!I have lost a great deal of weight since I began this journey, with Jennifer at TPWO, my blood pressure has reduced to better than recommended, I am in a much better mental place, I have tons of energy and am so happy to be working out again & I look forward to my next one on one sessions again!

    I learned about the Perfect Workout on the radio - KCBS. 20 minutes, twice a week?IT'S TRUE!The trainers I work out with in the Danville location - Rachel, Vanessa and Sean are awesome and knowledgable! They know when I am ready to progress and add weight!I feel stronger, I look better and have lost weight and inches!I plan on being a client for life!When you find something that works and fits into your busy lifestyle, I'm hooked!
