One of the best experiences I've ever had. Staff and the dentist were very patient. They went beyond expectations to make me feel comfortable and went over everything that was going to happen step by step.
Was very impressed with the type of care they had here. Dr. Le and her team was very informative and gentle with their procedures (root canal). Seems like their equipment and technology was very up to date and office was clean. They even offer snacks and other treats! I highly recommend this office.
From the point of contact over the phone and throughout the entire procedure, I felt listened to and cared for. The receptionist was receptive to the pain I was going through just by talking on the phone. They found me an appointment that same morning. Dr. Le was very kind and professional. She immediately took care of my pain to give me relief. She walked me through my options as well as updates on the status during the root canal. The assistant was very thoughtful and comforting. All three staff I encountered were stellar and I could not recommend them enough. Thank you Dr. Le!
