We cant say enough wonderful things about Robin. We are first time home buyers and we are so unbelievably thankful that we found her at an open house. She is the right mixture of everything. It really felt like she was on our side from the beginning. She recommended that we wait a few months for things so slow down, when many realtors would push for a quick sale. She was never pushy but when we found the right home she was all strategy and really made it happen for us. She was diplomatic but steadfast when it came to negotiating our wants and needs. Her legal experience was very helpful as we were navigating the offer/contracts. She is very detail oriented, has her eye on all deadlines and manages the whole process end to end. In the purchase of this particular home, we honestly don't think we could have made it happen without her efforts and expertise. As if that's not enough, her husband is a contractor and she has a great eye for what can be done in a space and who can do it. She has been an integral part in making our vision for the home a reality. Since finding our home, she has gone way above and beyond in terms of time and availability. In addition to all of her professional traits, she is also an all around good person and a pleasure to work with.
