This review is way overdue. Norm handled the sale of our Danville home a little over a year ago and I am so thankful we decided to go with him. We've bought and sold homes over the years but this was the first transaction where we really felt we had someone who truly put our interests above his (or her) own. He was always in OUR corner. Norm really knows the Danville area very well. Really great to deal with. He kept us calm throughout the storms of the transaction. Knows all the agents in town, and also has a great marketing group of agents that provided very helpful feedback about pricing, good points and criticisms that helped us make good changes prior to the broker's open. We've been on both sides of transactions with Norm (he represented the seller's when we purchased) and on the sale of the home, 12 years later.
