I had someone come out for detection and removal services about a week ago. In the moment, I was thrilled because not only did it feel thorough but I was comfortable because this company has a "100% guarantee."Unfortunately I found more lice in all 3 of my daughters hair roughly 2 weeks after our appointment. No problem, right!? This company has a 100% guarantee... WRONG! Apparently there is only a guarantee if a follow up appointment is booked the day of the original appointment. 1) I wish I knew this little caveat to the guarantee, and 2) why in the world would I book a follow up appointment on the day of my original appointment? Given the problem wasn't taken care of the original visit, and this company had thrown a loophole in their guarantee policy, they deserve nothing more than 1 star. Do better.

We've called Nit-Wits twice now and they are a godsend! Laurie is very kind and reassuring. She shows up with her rolling pack of supplies and gets to lice-finding right away. We have a large family with 4 kids, plus two parents to check, so I really appreciate how quickly (and thoroughly) she works! This last time we were about to leave the country in 2 days so they came the same evening we discovered the lice on one of my kids, I am so thankful for Nit-Wits!
