Today, on a lazy Friday afternoon, my girlfriend and I walked into eyes on hearts optometry. We met Cailyn today. Cailyn is amazing! She had the best customer service for an optometry office anywhere and everywhere - ever. she exemplifies the Nordstrom way of customer service and I really appreciate it. So much so, I found out that they take VSP and I can't wait to have my next eye appointment here.

Our boys see Dr. Hoang and it is always the best experience! She is kind, gentle and explains everything to them, so they feel comfortable and informed. Service is always top notch with everyone in the office, from appt reminders, product alerts and even magically fixing glasses that we thought were broken beyond repair. Thank you to everyone at Eyes on Hartz for making this important part of their health so easy and comfortable!
