When I hired Carolyn to sell my home of 50+ years I was nervous about leaving and moving to my new home without supervising what was going on at my old home. I planned on returning once a week to check on the progress, but I never did. Her team was very capable, and the communication was excellent. They ripped up the carpet and found hardwood floors underneath, they changed lighting, painted, and even replaced a bathroom vanity.
