I had seen Bernard working my neighborhood for several years and figured why not give him a try when it was time to sell my home. I should have played the lottery that day. Bernard was the right man for the job. He inspected my home made suggestions to improve the market value and took beautiful photos for online viewing and printed brochures. After the home updates were complete and a couple of open houses my home sold for well over asking price. Bernard's expertise and knowledge of his job was no lost on me. Let Bernard do his work and you won't be disappointed.

I needed to sell a home during a difficult time in my life and Bernard stepped in and guided me through this challenging sale with great communication, diplomacy, and professionalism. I was extremely happy with Bernard's service and have relied on Bernard 2 more times for since then and he's always been great to work with. Bernard knows how to make the real estate transaction process be as painless as possible. Highly recommended!

Bernard is class act who goes over and beyond, and we are so grateful to have him represent us for our first home and also selling it 15yrs later. He takes the time to understand our needs/wants and always acts in our best interest. He has also built up a network of resources which came in handy when it came to hiring a handyman, painter, and other contractors. Bernard is truly the best of the best!
