They were great with the initial set up of the website but I've been trying to a hold of Steve for well over a year to update things we aren't able to edit on our end. No response to multiple emails and phone calls. Unprofessional.

I can't tell you how impressed I am with 4S Design Studio! I feared switching design companies because it seems every project is always accompanied by many hours of explanation and bumps in the road, etc. You know what I mean if you're a small business owner! Steve designed my site with so little effort on my part. He met with me at the spa, got a feel for who we are and our mission, took some photos, and BAM! A few days later he had a pretty great structure going! Just a few more tweaks and you'll have to check it out for yourself! Am I allowed to leave my website name? Joliesalonandspa.
