Cam is one of my favorite instructors here… she’s just a calming ball of sunshine. They’ve really lucked out with their instructors here- all the ones I’ve had the pleasure of taking a class from have been amazing.
Islay is a fantastic instructor. She gives detailed clues as to what the poses aught to look like. Islay provides proper demonstrations for the class and encourages students to reach THEIR potential. I highly recommend Islay to anyone looking to improve their yoga practice.
It’s not always easy to find hot yoga + good flow + knowledgeable instructors, but I found it here! I was in town for a beach vacation and bought a 3 class pass with the help of Sam. The studio = clean and hot! The instructors = knowledgeable + clear. The flow = just right.
