Breezy runs a great class and the studio is a great mix of all types of people. There's all the usual super fit regulars you find in any yoga studio but plenty of normal people that make me feel more comfortable just trying to get a solid stretch and sweat in! Very welcoming staff and brand new facility in the heart of Dana Point. If you're already a fan of hot yoga or just trying it out, this is a great place to go!

I went into Yoga6 to take Cambria's yoga sculpt class last Wednesday:). She was absolutely phenomenal!! I have followed her from Equinox in Huntington Beach where she lead a beautiful power vinyasas yoga flow down to Dana point now for this heated sculpt class. Cambria has such a bright energy and is such a positive soul! Her class structure is always changing so you'll never be doing the same routine twice. The music is always spot on!! The vibe throughout class and the studio is super chill. No judgement...just hard working individuals trying their very best encouraging one another.
