Went to the District Hair Salon saw Michael Murphy.When he was cutting my hair and then styling it, I realized I wasn't just sitting in the chair of an ordinary stylist, I was sitting in the chair of a seasoned professional and a true artist!!!So I asked him about his past in his profession.In his soft spoken, kind and gentle manor, he told me a little about himself. Christine is my stylist, and her move to District Salon was very positive, the salon has big open spaces, very lively and upscale! Parking is great on the street /lot behind the building, that street is wide open. Big scissor signage takes you right into their lobby? Great place, and Christine is AMAZING!

Happened to find stylist Michael at District Salon upon referral from another Dana Point salon that could not accommodate short notice...I have been going back to Michael since! The salon has been renovated and has the best energy across the entire team. Michael is a color and cut magician always making me feel my best when I leave. Highly recommend for anyone that is interested in an LA quality service but not interested in traveling to LA.
