I decided to go in for a hair cut just a few inches off my hair and I left the salon with all my hair chopped off. Not being exaggerated it's true all my hair. I decided not to mention anything after the cut since everything was already gone. Not being rude or anything but i belive she could have been more careful and thoughtful.(:

I have been going to Blanca for the past to years and have taken my children as well. Blanca is a professional stylist with a "sunny disposition" and a wonderful communicator. The salon is always clean with a great and convenient location in Dana Point. I have a retail store in Dana Point and comply with strict safety measures. I took a tour in the salon which was clean, sanitized, all wearing masks, gloves, and practicing the necessary measures for their and the patrons to be safe.

Not even a review of the hair salon, but about the man who insisted I couldn't park in the handicap spot tonight. Took my kid to the tree lighting nearby tonight and some man insisted I couldn't use the spot because it was "private property" and I could only use if I was a customer of the "Salon." I asked the nearby cops (who were at the event tonight) and sure enough - legit parking in a handicap spot is fine even if it's "private property." This guy embarrassed and humiliated my daughter tonight. Shame on him.
