I can't thank Dr. CC and her AMAZING team enough for the exceptional care they provided to my cat and I. From the booking experience to the appointment itself and payment, each step of this process was 11/10. I live all the way in Oakland but this hospital was recommended to me by friends, and I am really glad I was able to be seen with such short notice. They really care about transparency and making you feel at ease.My cat was having some urinary issues and I felt comfortable asking questions about the procedures and the cost throughout the visit. Dr. Falcis and her staff are true professionals. Dr. Falcis' intuition and ability to treat our dogs and cats is extraordinary. And because of her years practicing in this area, she refers us to the best specialists for things she triages that require more advanced treatment.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vet in Daly City. Staff are very nice and professional. Dr.Ceci is very sweet, and compassionatez She is very passionate on what she is doing and will not do unnecessary testing that will cost you $$$. I'm glad to find some I can trust my furbabies.
