Have been looking for a good vet clinic for my fur babies for a long time. Haven't seen this level of care and respect at any other vet hospital. Dr. Randhawa was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions without rushing. New and clean clinic, very quick and responsive. Highly recommend.
We are new to the area and this is our first vet for our Poodle. Luckily it worked out well, receptionist was cooperative and the doc was super gentle. Will visit again and hope this experience continues. Happy pet, happy wife, happy life 🙂
I can't thank Dr. CC and her AMAZING team enough for the exceptional care they provided to my cat and I. From the booking experience to the appointment itself and payment, each step of this process was 11/10. I live all the way in Oakland but this hospital was recommended to me by friends, and I am really glad I was able to be seen with such short notice. They really care about transparency and making you feel at ease.My cat was having some urinary issues and I felt comfortable asking questions about the procedures and the cost throughout the visit.
