Ideal Plumbing was very fast, efficient and professional during the service call. We had a backed up sewer line in the middle of Labor Day weekend. I called them and they were out in 30 mins and explained the whole process of repair before starting the job. Their prices were reasonable especially for a long weekend service call. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an emergency visit.

Efrain has been helping with our old house since 2011. I was a little bummed when I came to know that someone else is going to do the plumbing job at our house. We had a clogged toilet and a clogged sewer line due to roots blocking the pipe joints. The new plumber was Jorge, he was punctual and worked very systematically- everything from the way he tried to find solutions to how he explained how to manage the tree roots. I am very impressed by Jorge and I should say that I would always trust Ideal Rooter and Plumbing. They do not sell things you do not need and I appreciate their honesty.
