The plumbing work itself was done correctly and resolved the emergency, and for that I give credit where it’s due. The team completed the job efficiently, and functionally everything works as it should.
That said, the overall experience had several frustrating and uncomfortable aspects. This was emergency work, with a quoted total of around $14,000. We were told that if we signed immediately, a $1,500 charge from that same day would be waived but only if we signed on the spot. If we waited even until the following day to do any due diligence or research, that credit would not be applied. Lazaro did an amazing job replacing my hot water heater. Not only did he come on the same day appointment on a Saturday, but he diagnosed the problem and had my hot water heater replaced in just a few hours. I felt that his skills and advice were excellent and I’m confident in the repair job. I highly recommend this company for honesty and good service.
We had an emergency and had Simon & he was training Christian. Simon was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I think he did a great job! If only every time I needed a plumber I could have him! Definitely recommend!
