“Over the past six years I have been suffering lower back pain due to herniated disks and spinal stenosis.

I have been to so many acupuncturists and chiropractors before via the great generosity of the Veterans Administration(VA) Community Care program for which I am eternally grateful!

However, not much relief and progress. I hesitated to go for a fusion surgery because my symptoms were not bad enough to warrant the last resource- surgery and I had faith in the conservative treatments.

Today, on a referral via the VA Community Care program again, I came to Dr. Kim for a chiropractic treatment. I am so glad I have found Dr. Kim on VA’s providers’ list! He is amazing! He is the best I have met over the past six years getting the alternative treatments.

Dr. Kim, being an acupuncturist and a chiropractor himself (dual degrees), combined these two modalities together to provide the help that patients needed. The receptionist and the medical assistant were very friendly and eager to be of help! They utilized cupping, ultrasound warming, acupuncture with soothing pulsating electro stimulation, and chiropractic adjustment in the end to finish the whole treatment! I felt so much relief afterwards!
