I had a whirlpool washer. It was a year and a half old. I paid for extended warranty service with them unfortunately after six times coming to my house every week I got very frustrated
Basically, the way they fix is if there’s a number on the machine, they’re not really trained to see what’s going on or not authorized. Read the contract well because whirlpool will pay anything to get it fixed so they will never replace a washer. I have a family. I can’t be without my washer for six weeks and I was I finally canceled the service. I was so upset

Thank you Paradise Appliance Service for the excellent job you did on my washer. Andrew the technician was so professional and nice. He came and I told him what was the problem and he knows exactly what needed to be done. Even though he had to order the part and then return back to fix i, I received emails and texts as to when the technician was going to return back with the time and date. I am very pleased with the technician Andrew and will definitely use Paradise Appliance Service again. Thank you
We’ve had them come out twice in the past few years. Always friendly, fast, and know what they’re doing. They showed up on time, and even pre ordered the parts to fix it in one visit.
