I called Angelica and she ordered the new lenses the same day. A few days later I stopped in and chose my frames...which are no longer available...but Angelica was able to find them for me. I picked up the glasses today and, as usual, everything is perfect. From the time I lost them until today's pick up was a total of six days. Fantastic customer service. “This was my first eye exam since before the COVID Pandemic hit. I recently switched insurance and needed to find a new optometrist. The initial part of the exam was completed by a younger woman who took pictures and measurements of my eyes. The eye doctor was thorough during the exam and was patient. She let me try on samples of contacts to see if I could make them work. Overall service was good. Glasses cost more than I expected even with insurance.“
