I had to visit Mia again. I felt tension in my neck and shoulders, and had a really bad migraine from lack of sleep. Lack of sleep is caused by my infant baby crying and waking up in the middle of the night due to teething. My baby has been waking up 3-5 times a night for the past few nights. I have been nursing more often in the middle of the night so that my baby could fall back asleep. While doing this, I have been slouching significantly from sleepiness. After seeing Mia, I felt immediate relief. I can promise that Mia will be seeing me more often!
