I wish I could give 10 stars. I recently replaced my roof, using Mike Killeen Quality Roofing. Either he or Michael were on site each day for at least part of the day. The workers showed up on time, left on time, and cleaned up. Mike stayed in constant communication, made a couple recommendations, and listened to my requests. He was also accommodating to my schedule. The project took the scheduled amount of time, without cutting any corners. I have the greatest respect for family-owned business that deliver excellent customer service as well as technical/construction service and am grateful for their commitment to their customers. We had a leak during a recent rainstorm and called Mike Killeen Quality Roofing for help. They were great and came out and repaired the spot that was leaking, inspected the entire roof and performed a maintenance for us. Very happy with the work that Joe did for us! Thank you!
Professional is an understatement when talking about Mike and his crew. Everything from the emergency patch to address a leaking roof to the complete reroofing job...absolutely wonderful. Responsive, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, clean, and fair. Mike even made a few cosmetic suggestions and didn't charge me for them. I would recommend Mike Killeen Quality Roofing to ANYONE needing roof work. You will not be disappointed.
