“One of the most honest and ethical guy we've ever met! We had a heavily stained mattress from a previous tenant and hired him to clean our mattress. He arrived within a reasonable time frame range. After trying to clean and deodorize our mattress, many of the stains were still visible. Even though the mattress was unsalvagable (not his fault as we had no idea how long these stains lasted until the tenant left), he did not feel comfortable taking our money, even though we still wanted to compensate him for his time and effort. I had some big jobs that needed attention along with the usual dust and polishing, general bathroom areas and a going over the carpet and tile. 2 1/2 hours were not enough for all the work to be done. They stayed a total of 4 hours to finish the top things on my list. I was impressed with their hard work ethics. I’m assuming the remainder of the smaller, maintenance things will get picked up next time, but it’s nice to have clean blinds again, along with a ceiling fan that looks practically new. “Exceeded my expectations and at a great price! I needed a cleaning representative to help deep clean my kitchen and bathroom. I did as much as I could, but with having two kids under two I felt overwhelmed. I had called a few cleaning companies, but Montebianco picked up their phone on the first ring! The company had a cleaning representative available on short notice for a Saturday afternoon! The representative came on time and prepared. She was extremely professional and kind. My family left for the three hours while she cleaned and she left the apartment in a homey and organized ambiance! My family loved coming home to our super clean kitchen and bathroom!
